Malaffi
The Abu Dhabi health information exchange — the shared electronic health record platform all Abu Dhabi healthcare providers connect into.
Malaffi is Abu Dhabi's health information exchange: a single platform that unifies patient records across public and private healthcare providers in the Emirate. Connecting to Malaffi is a Department of Health requirement for licensed healthcare entities. Malaffi expects ADHICS-aligned security controls as a condition of connection — access controls, encryption of ePHI, logging and vendor oversight — so the Malaffi readiness evidence pack and the ADHICS evidence pack are substantially the same artefacts.
How LowerPlane handles it
LowerPlane maps the Malaffi connection controls as a view on your ADHICS evidence set. Build ADHICS, satisfy Malaffi — no duplicate work.
