A trust centre is a public web page (sometimes gated behind an NDA) where a vendor publishes its SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate, pen-test summary, policy pack summary, subprocessor list, and standard DPA/BAA. Enterprise buyers' security teams start the questionnaire process by downloading from a trust centre.
